ERYONE ASA-CF Carbon Fiber Filament
Take your functional and outdoor prints to the next level with ERYONE ASA-CF Filament, a carbon-fiber-reinforced ASA material designed for demanding 3D printing applications.
ASA is known for its excellent weather and UV resistance, making it particularly well suited for parts exposed to sunlight and outdoor conditions. ERYONE's ASA line is designed for minimal shrinkage, reduced warping, good layer adhesion, and consistent printing performance.
The carbon fiber formulation makes ERYONE ASA-CF a strong choice for functional parts, brackets, housings, automotive accessories, outdoor equipment, workshop components, and other projects where durability and dimensional stability are important.
ASA-CF also produces an attractive matte, frosted surface, giving functional parts a clean and professional appearance.

☀️ Designed for Outdoor Use
One of the biggest advantages of ERYONE ASA-CF is its suitability for outdoor applications. ERYONE specifically highlights ASA's resistance to UV exposure, heat, and weather, making it a strong material choice for items such as outdoor functional components and automotive accessories.
That makes ASA-CF especially attractive when PLA or other general-purpose materials aren't suitable for prolonged exposure to outdoor conditions.
🖨️ Printing Recommendations
ERYONE lists the following general settings for its ASA/ASA-CF line:
Nozzle: 240–280°C
Bed: 90–110°C
Speed: 30–100mm/s
ERYONE also recommends using an enclosed printer to maintain a stable printing temperature and further reduce the chance of warping. A PEI sheet or glass bed can be used, with adhesive when necessary for additional bed adhesion.
⚠️ Carbon Fiber Printing Note
Because ASA-CF contains abrasive carbon-fiber reinforcement, I recommend using a hardened steel or other abrasion-resistant nozzle rather than a standard brass nozzle.
